LEARNING OUTCOMES:

The participating organizations including the main coordinator improved their managemnt skills a lot,
the communication was the most challenging point in this project.
New networks were established and 3 trainings developed.
35 participants, 15 girls and 20 boys were supported directly during international trainings and local
activities, 53% of participants attended all 3 trainnigs.
Local workshops were organized on all national levels, for example workshop on Social media or
Martial art.

work skills, attitudinal skill, personal skills, and practical skills, which was selected as key indicators to
be used to track the overriding objectives for all 3 trainings. Except of the survey, according

REFLECTIONS FROM PARTICIPANTS

Here are some reflections from participants:
• I believe this is an extremely wonderful initiative to connect youth across borders and enable them to
develop skills that will be useful in all fields of life for them. In addition to the programs conducted, I
like the cultural integration aspect of these programs. (Shristi)
• Video CV was important to me and I am currently working on a new topic about it. I think about
developing a kick box about Martial art myself. What I have learned in sports is that if there is a
discipline in business life, we have to go to work early in the morning and we have to be in the same
seriousness and discipline when we are doing sports in the same way. (Muammer)
• The most important learning point for me was creating the CV´s because I had done it once and I
think it will be really important in the future, so I am glad that I know how to do it. (Honza)
• I really enjoyed the seminar held by one of the local business owners. This local entrepreneur
demonstrated how she started her business from scratch and the strategies she implemented to
flourish her family business. It was so great to meet a women like herself to be inspired.(Nilgun)
• My outlook towards things has changed a lot. Due to martial arts sessions, I am much more focused
and disciplined while the video CV and other employability skills workshop helped me build my soft
skills and be more confident.(Shristi)
• Me and my friends are quite near to establish NGO, about using adventure in education (adventure
therapy), so I am using the business/entrepreneurship model. I set up my leaning goals, self
evaluation, and I am more self aware of my strengthness and weakness. (Tereza)
• The most interesting thing for me is the school we visited. West Herts College. It's a really incredible
and enormous high school, and I still think about the feelings I feel when we visit the place. I was in
love with the value it gave to the education system and the students, not because it was exterior
architecture or luxury. My little plan now is to write a project in the context of Erasmus + professional
mobility, so that students or teachers or youth workers visit West Herts college in technical terms or do
an internship there. Future plans at West Herts College in the school education system that is able to
apply in my own country or in Turkey to open a pilot school.(Muammer)
• I started to work at an Office job, entry level job, where unfortunately I do not get to use my
leadership skills, but I use my newly found ‘people-dealing’ skills. I learnt how to act professional in
difficult situations. And to speak up for myself. (Veronika)

• I feel more confident when it comes about job, business issues. I think I got a lot of valuable
information from this project.(Anthony)
• I like the cultural integration aspect of these programs. (Shristi)
• The most important learning point for me was working in multicultural groups (Standa)
• Communication was the most challenging moment and learning point during the whole (Petr)
